BREAKING: Former Luo Council of Elders chair, Ker Riaga Ogallo is DEAD
The former Luo Council of Elders chair, Ker Riaga Ogallo is reported to have passed on at night.
Ker Ogallo was one of the best community leaders, he stood by truth that rattled many in the community.
He believed in one Kenya.
May his soul rest in eternal peace!
