Uhuru reshuffles military, see REAL ethnic balance in list

President Uhuru has reshuffled the military, promoting several officers. The list is peculiar in the high number of ‘western kenya’ uniformed officers rising through the military which in the last 10 years remained exclusive for some communities. 1.
